Halloween weekend is coming up. What have you got planned? I mean besides your Lady GaGa outfit and giant pillow case stuffed with candy?
Here in the Denver area, my friends at The Melting Pot of Littleton are hosting a 5k race and kids' fun run on Sunday morning, Oct 30th, to benefit the Tennyson Center for Children. Beyond the race itself, there will be a costume contest, trick or treating for the kids, and lots of other great entertainment for the whole family. In fact, I like the event so much I agreed to host it!

Race participants get a tech shirt and goodie bag, and there will be plenty of food, fun and prizes for everyone else -- even those of you dressed up like Lady GaGa with the pillow case for your candy.
